The Corporate Governance Committee along with employee representatives have studied and trained on "Good Corporate Governance in Organizations" at the Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC). Internal training sessions on business ethics have been conducted for executives and employees to promote and instill the importance of ethics in work. The company adheres to governance principles, thus organizing a Compliance Event Day every year to encourage employee participation and setting up a public relations board within the company.
