Parts production includes parts for doors and windows that are produced in-house. Parts are routinely produced local use in Thailand, as well as for export to Japan and the rest of the Asian market. .Each part that is produced has undergone rigorous quality checks, by the production process team, quality testing, and by TOSTEM THAI Company's Quality Testing Center (Quality Performance Test Center: QPTC) on a monthly basis.

Crescent : Locks for sliding doors and windows
Crescent Locks are manufactured with locking mechanisms that we produce internally, the primary material is aluminum and handle is made of plastic. There is a levered anti-lock system which allows the lock to be completely sealed.Tostem Thai guarantees that the doors or windows will be completely sealed and have passed the open-close test equivalent to a period of continuous use up to 30,000 times.There are 5 colours available for the lock set: Black, Autumn Brown, Shine Gray, Natural Silver and White.
Water drain valve
One of the key features of the window is to prevent rain from splashing into the house. All windows, doors and locks have instant drainage via water draining valves.This not only serves to prevent rain from splashing directly into the house, but it is also an important helper with effective water drainage. Quality testing proved that it can drain water up to the W-5 system (50).
Depending on the parts and number, the products can also withstand wind gusts and rain up to a level of 500 Pa.Another interesting ability of the valve, is that it can prevent small insects from entering through the drain hole, unlike conventional products that only have a cutout.
Aluminum hinges are components that are used with your door. One highlight is that the color of the hinges match the color of the door.We have 5 colours to choose from: Back, White, Natural Silver, Shine Gray and Autumn Brown. All parts are made from aluminium material and are ready for use. With the electrodeposition process, the colour is durable, does not peel off and does not rust.
Door handles are manufactured with injection-molded plastic. There are 3 sizes available, depending on the product and the location of the handle.To prevent colour peeling, we use the spray paint method and bake it. A highlight of this piece is the easy-to-use feature. Anyone can use it comfortably.
The screws are comprised of the highly sought after SUS XM7 stainless steel, and are compliant with Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS). They are made of stainless steel, so it does not rust.We can produce both screw heads and threads. There are 4 colours to choose from: Autumn Brown, Bronze, Black and Amber Gold. The colour of the screw head can also be painted so that it matches doors/ walls etc.We guarantee high quality and clear colours as work is submitted for quality checks on both a monthly and 3-month basis
